Dematting Services
Dematting services involve the process of removing tangles and mats from your dog’s coat. While mild tangles can often be brushed out during a full dog groom, severe mats may necessitate shaving to prevent discomfort and skin issues.
Please note that our prices do not include a dematting fee. If your dog is severely matted and requires more time than a standard groom, an additional charge will apply at a rate of £20 per 30 minutes. For dogs with mild matting, an extra fee of £10 will be added to cover the additional wear on grooming tools, including blade sharpening, which is particularly relevant for our puppy grooming packages.

This puppy grooming package is designed to gently introduce puppies to the grooming process in a fun and stress-free way. It helps them get accustomed to being handled, the sounds of grooming tools, and the overall grooming environment. For those needing more specialized care, we also offer dematting services as part of our full dog groom options. Price varies due to breed and specific needs - please contact us to discuss.
