Dematting is the process of removing tangles and mats from your dog’s coat. Mild tangles can often be brushed out, but severe mats may require shaving to prevent discomfort and skin issues.

Our prices do not include a dematting fee. If your dog is severely matted and requires more time than a standard groom, an additional charge will apply at a rate of £20 per 30 minutes.

For dogs with mild matting, there will be an additional fee of £10 to cover the extra wear on grooming tools, including blade sharpening.

This package is designed to gently introduce puppies to the grooming process in a fun and stress-free way. 

This package helps puppies get accustomed to being handled, the sounds of grooming tools, and the overall grooming environment.
